About Your New Role

We are seeking a data-savvy and detail-oriented Paid Media Analyst to join our performance marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the analytical side of digital advertising—using data to test hypotheses, uncover performance insights, and continuously improve paid media campaigns.

You’ll assist in the execution, monitoring, and analysis of paid campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and TikTok. This role emphasizes testing, performance analysis, and collaborative optimization, rather than owning end-to-end campaign strategy.

Responsibilities

📊 Performance Analysis & Insights

  • Track and analyze paid media performance across multiple platforms using tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and internal dashboards.
  • Identify trends, performance gaps, and testing opportunities based on data.
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to inform campaign optimizations.

🎯 Testing & Experimentation

  • Support the design and implementation of A/B tests for ad creatives, audience segments, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with media buyers and creative teams to formulate test hypotheses and assess results.
  • Document and summarize test outcomes, learnings, and best practices.

📈 Campaign Monitoring & Optimization

  • Monitor live campaigns for pacing, performance fluctuations, and delivery issues.
  • Propose data-driven adjustments to improve ROAS, CTR, CPA, and other key metrics.
  • Assist with setup and QA of new campaign launches in coordination with senior media buyers.

📑 Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain clean and consistent campaign reporting across platforms.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases of successful tests, strategies, and benchmarks.
  • Work closely with marketing leadership to translate data into strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing or analytics-focused role, ideally within paid media.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other major ad platforms.
  • Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of Looker Studio or similar tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency in tracking, performance attribution, and UTM tagging.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a passion for working with numbers and structured data.
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently across global time zones.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a digital agency or high-volume media environment is a plus.
  • Exposure to emerging ad platforms (TikTok, Reddit, YouTube) is a bonus.
  • Eager to learn, test, and iterate in a fast-paced, performance-driven team.
