Required Skills

  • Experience with Webex Calling (especially DI/MT/OT offerings).
  • Strong understanding of Cisco UCMC (Unified Communications Manager Cloud).
  • Hands-on experience with CUCM, CUBE, and associated voice gateway technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud provisioning, onboarding, and troubleshooting.
  • Integration knowledge with directory services and Single Sign-On (SSO).
  • Customer-facing support and solution deployment experience.
  • Ability to coordinate, lead, and influence teams solve complex networks and services during high pressure service impacting outages and incidents.
  • Expertise in Webex calling, CUCM, Dial plan and IP phone configurations.
  • Capacity planning, handle device lifecycle and vulnerability management.
  • Fundamental knowledge of Cisco Unified Communication Applications: CUCM, CUC, IMP and Cisco VoIP Protocols: SIP, MGCP, H323.
  • Perform Configuration changes like Add Route, Modify Session Manipulation to fix call routing issues.
