Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and search.
Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to attract and convert leads using organic and paid methods.
Copywriting: Craft compelling content for emails, landing pages, ads, and website pages with clear, persuasive messaging.
Ad Creative Production: Design simple and engaging marketing assets using tools such as Canva to support advertising and social campaigns.
Email Marketing: Create, schedule, and monitor email campaigns to engage prospects and nurture leads.
Web Management: Update and optimize websites built on Wix, ensuring SEO best practices and user experience are met.
AI Integration: Utilize AI tools to automate marketing tasks, enhance content creation, and improve campaign efficiency.
Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign metrics and generate performance reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and customer needs.
Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform other related digital marketing duties and special projects as required.

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
Proven expertise in at least one of the following areas: AI tools, copywriting, email marketing, website management (Wix), ad creative design, or lead generation.
Secondary-level proficiency and willingness to grow in the other listed areas.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with perfect command of English.
Experience using digital marketing tools such as Canva, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit), and basic analytics tools.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to evolving strategies.
A growth mindset with eagerness to learn and implement new tools and techniques.
Amenable to work Monday to Friday between 8 AM - 5 PM Pacific Time (PDT/PST)
