Key responsibilities:

  • Contact clients nationwide to offer line portability to Claro.
  • Provide clients with promotions and discounts during the sales process.
  • Participate in a 5-day theoretical training followed by 4 days of on-the-job training.
  • Work from Monday to Saturday, with Sundays and holidays off.

CAMPAÑA PORTABILIDAD

Funciones

Contactar con clientes a nivel Nacional, ofreciendo portar sus líneas para ser claro, se les brindara promociones y descuentos .

Horario De Capacitación

  • 5 días teóricos (9am - 5pm)
  • 4 días de OJT con contrato

Horario De Gestión

  • 9AM - 6PM de Lunes a Sábados
  • Descanso: Domingos y feriados

REQUISITOS

  • Con experiencia 1 meses VENTAS EN CALL CENTER
  • Contar con pc o laptop para trabajar desde casa:
  • Procesador desde Core i3 a más o equivalentes, memoria RAM mínimo 8 GB
  • Headset con USB
  • Más de 40 Mbps de internet cableado.
