This is a remote position.

Overview:

We are looking for a Techno-Functional Lead – Integration who combines technical expertise in integration technologies with strong marketing and communication skills. The ideal candidate will lead integration projects, create technical content, marketing materials, and engaging presentations, and work closely with stakeholders to promote integration solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using MuleSoft AND/OR other integration platforms.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and business teams to define integration strategies.
Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and API-led integration principles.
Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Stay updated on emerging trends in integration technologies and drive innovation.

Marketing & Technical Communication:

Develop high-quality technical content, including whitepapers, blogs, case studies, and solution documents.
Create visually appealing presentations to communicate technical solutions to clients and internal teams.
Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling messaging around integration services.
Represent the company in conferences, webinars, and client discussions as a subject matter expert.
Assist in pre-sales activities, including proposal creation, demos, and PoCs.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API Manager, CloudHub, Runtime Manager, DataWeave, etc.).
Knowledge of other integration platforms (Dell Boomi, Apigee, Informatica) is a plus.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
Proven experience in creating engaging technical presentations and marketing materials.
Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
Experience with pre-sales, solution consulting, and client-facing interactions.
Hands-on experience with API development, microservices, and integration patterns.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and API security principles

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.

Marketing certifications (e.g., HubSpot Content Marketing, Digital Marketing certifications) can be a plus
