Responsibilities
Generate weekly delinquency reports, ensuring timely rent collection and financial health
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and process owner disbursements, maintaining financial accuracy
Manage utility bills across properties, interfacing with various systems and AppFolio
Verify maintenance timesheets, create invoices, and ensure proper work order management
Assist in bi-weekly payroll processing, cross-referencing timesheets with work orders
Handle vendor payments and maintain accurate records in AppFolio
Develop and manage basic HOA budgets, contributing to community financial planning
Produce timely and accurate financial reports using AppFolio, supporting informed decision-making
Requirements

Proficiency in property management software, particularly AppFolio
Strong foundation in bookkeeping principles and practices
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
