Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field., 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in NPI., Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in CAD software., Excellent communication and teamwork abilities..

Key responsibilities:

Lead new product introduction (NPI) projects from concept to production.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and manufacturability.

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and workflows.

Prepare and present reports on project status and performance metrics.
