Position Overview

RecruitGo is for a customer-focused, tech-savvy professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our 6,000+ customers, providing exceptional support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring users get the most out of cloud-based software.

Responsibilities:

  • Gain deep understanding of the platform to communicate product features clearly and concisely to users.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide onboarding support and basic training to new users.
  • Manage account maintenance tasks including clinic updates, billing, subscription renewals, and user agreements via EchoSign.
  • Facilitate data migrations by coordinating with clients and technical teams.
  • Identify workflow issues and submit product improvement suggestions.
  • Address common FAQs and troubleshoot browser issues (Chrome, Firefox, IE).
  • Assist users with generating reports and understanding reporting functions.
  • Stay updated on known software bugs to aid in troubleshooting.
  • Efficiently manage support cases using the CRM system (NetSuite).
  • Escalate technical issues promptly and appropriately.

Requirements:

  • 2–3+ years of technical help desk experience, ideally in SaaS or cloud-based environments.
  • Strong customer focus with proven ability to deliver exceptional support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp complex software and workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
  • High energy, results-driven personality with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships across teams and with clients.
