Role Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Source candidates through databases, job boards, and social networks.
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates to assess qualifications.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career aspirations.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for final candidates.
  • Provide feedback to candidates post-interview.
  • Negotiate job offers and help facilitate hiring decisions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and recruitment best practices.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop creative recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the brand.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics to improve hiring processes.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a non-IT sector.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to assess candidate skills effectively.
  • Experience with social media recruiting.
  • Creative and strategic thinker in candidate sourcing.
  • Negotiation skills to close offers successfully.
