Your Impact:

As a Head of International Sales, you will play a dual role in driving Amity Solutions’s growth by generating new leads and closing deals. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, delivering product demos, and closing deals to expand our customer base. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys both outbound sales and relationship-building, and wants to make a direct impact on revenue growth.

Your Team:

You will work remotely closely with the Managing Director (who is based in Bangkok, Thailand) and Sales Development Representative, reporting to our Managing Director, while collaborating with Product & Engineering to deeply understand our solutions. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, and collaborative team that values innovation, hard work, and a passion for creating exceptional digital experiences.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

We are searching for a passionate, ambitious and high achieving team member with a potential to develop with our scaling company. Your days will never be the same, but you will be working on things like:

  • You will be responsible for building and growing a network of new clients and playing a key role in both designing and executing Amity Solutions sales strategy for new business in SEA
  • Identifying relevant organizations potential clients across a variety of clusters that are strategically positioned to accelerate Amity Solutions growth into the SEA and Global Market;
  • Evaluating - trying - discovering new sales strategies and opportunities for new revenue streams;
  • Closing sales deals while properly balancing company goals, speed, and economic potential;
  • Owning your client's portfolio and delivering the targets results, working strategically to transform Leads into Clients for Business development;
  • Collaborating with different teams at Amity Solutions to build and maintain a pipeline of relationships with potential clients, taking responsibility for the relationship throughout all stages;
  • Most importantly, you will be identifying weaknesses and opportunities in how we do things to drive the growth and maturity of our business.

Your Ideal Profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Communications, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in account management within the technology or SaaS sector, with a strong focus on enterprise clients and B2B sales
  • Strong command of English with business-level fluency (spoken and written)
  • Candidates residing in Southeast Asia are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Proven track record of managing strategic or corporate accounts, building and maintaining sales pipelines, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, lead generation, or account management is essential

  • This role offers remote flexibility, with priority given to candidates based in Southeast Asia. We're looking for someone who can work independently with strong discipline and a high sense of ownership in their day-to-day tasks. Occasional travel is expected.
