As a Cognyter you will contribute with:


Recruitment & Employer Branding:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and support function roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and market insights
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing the company’s culture, values, and opportunities
  • Be the Main point of contact for implementation of all employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives agreed with the global teams

 

Stakeholder Experience & Corporate Social Responsibility:

  • Manage the site communities and organizing events with the support of the community leaders
  • Build strong business partnerships with employees and managers by providing consultancy on people related matters
  • Participate in business related projects in collaboration with cross functional teams to align on business strategy
  • Build strong partnerships with the global people team to effectively collaborate in a matrix organization

 

Learning & Development:

  • Oversee learning programs, internship, tuition, internal communication and career initiatives
  • Be the point of contact for implementing all global L&D initiatives locally in the site
  • Own Onboarding and offboarding processes, supporting employees’ lifecycle during their career journey in the company
  • Promote internal initiatives to improve engagement level on site

Requirements

For that mission you'll need:

  • To establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders
  • The ability to handle multiple priorities with proper planning and organization skills, working independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to details
  • Good analytical skills and experience in using data to identify problems and implement solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Administration, Communication, Psychology or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience working in the HR domain
  • To be a strong HR Professional with experience in Talent Acquisition, L&D, internal communications and employee relations
  • Experience working with HR in the IT field
  • Advanced English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
