We are seeking a highly skilled Quote Quality & Pricing Analyst to ensure that our client quotes are fast, accurate, competitive, and reflective of our brand’s high standards.

Job Description:
As the Quote Quality & Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving the quality, speed, and accuracy of all price quotes sent to clients. You will evaluate quotes for translation, interpreting, and localization services to ensure competitiveness and profitability, while also verifying that tools, workflows, and quote templates are being used effectively.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and review all outgoing quotes for quality, accuracy, and turnaround time
Ensure consistency in pricing and services quoted across departments
Analyze win/loss trends and optimize quoting strategies
Collaborate with sales, localization, and project management teams to improve quote workflows
Provide training and documentation on best practices in quoting
Audit the use of translation tools (e.g., Smartcat, memoQ, Trados, Wordfast) and MTPE workflows
Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality
Help standardize quote templates across tools and platforms

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in the translation, localization, or interpreting industry
Strong understanding of quoting for language services, including MTPE and DTP
Experience with CAT tools such as Smartcat, memoQ, Trados, and more
Analytical mindset and ability to spot pricing errors and inefficiencies
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and quoting platforms
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
Strong communication skills for cross-department collaboration

Preferred:

Experience with Plunet or other TMS platforms
Familiarity with CRM and financial tools like Pipedrive, FreshBooks, or SugarCRM
Prior experience in pricing strategy or financial auditing in the localization industry

Schedule:
Full-time (40 hours/week), fixed schedule. 100% remote.
