We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Conversion Strategy Analyst to accelerate lead conversion across the funnel. This role will be responsible for managing lead flow, developing Salesforce reports and dashboards, leveraging segmentation strategies, and executing targeted campaigns. A strong focus will be placed on using AI-driven tools and automation to nurture leads effectively and improve conversion rates from MQL to SQL and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and optimize Salesforce reports and dashboards to track lead lifecycle performance, conversion rates, campaign impact, and sales pipeline health.

  • Partner with Marketing and Sales leaders to surface insights that inform go-to-market strategy.

  • Own and continuously improve lead flow processes from capture to handoff, ensuring timely follow-up and proper routing.

  • Identify and resolve any bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the lead funnel using data insights.

  • Develop lead segmentation strategies based on firmographics, behavior, engagement score, and lifecycle stage.

  • Create dynamic lists and audiences for personalized outreach and campaign execution.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to plan and launch campaigns aimed at moving leads through the funnel.

  • Optimize AI-driven tools (e.g., chatbots, automated email sequences, lead scoring models) to personalize nurture journeys.

  • Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
     

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations with strong analysis and reporting responsibilities

  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboards - strong ability to analyze and visualize lead funnel metrics, campaign performance and sales pipeline trends

  • Familiarity with lead lifecycle stages, lead scoring models and marketing-to-sales handoff best practices

  • Experience with data segmentation and audience targeting based on behavioral. Firmographic and lifecycle criteria

  • Solid understanding of campaign measurement and attribution models

  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms is a strong plus
