Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Developer with a strong background in systems integration to join our IT Service Management team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in implementing and customizing the ServiceNow platform, particularly within ITSM modules, and experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and Knowledge.
  • Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems (e.g., Azure, AWS, Jira, SAP, SCCM, Active Directory) using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, IntegrationHub, and other integration tools.
  • Create and maintain scripts (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.) and workflows to automate processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical teams to gather integration requirements and implement scalable, secure solutions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integrations to ensure data accuracy and platform stability.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Maintain proper documentation and follow change control processes for code deployments.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices, particularly in ITSM and integration capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of hands-on development experience with ServiceNow, especially within ITSM modules.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and REST/SOAP web services.
  • Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and MID Server.
  • Familiarity with authentication methods (OAuth2.0, Basic Auth, SAML, etc.).
  • Knowledge of CMDB and data modeling principles.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Splunk), ITOM tools, or CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
