Job description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Full Cycle Non IT Recruiter for a 6 month contract to hire with our client in Chicago, IL. This role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities
  • Need a full cycle recruiter for several functional areas – not IT. 
  • The client recently transitioned from ADP to Workday for applicant tracking, so workday a plus.
  • Responsible for managing the recruitment process.
  • Source candidates, write job descriptions, conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and facilitate the onboarding process. 
  • Average of no more than 20 reqs per recruiter at a time. Some niche roles, around mid-manager level.
  • Product Manager, Marketing Specialist, Business Systems Manager, some corporate roles, research and data. Likely NOT IT or Sales.
Compensation:
Hourly W2 pay rate $30.00-35.00/Hr.
