Actively contribute to, and participate in, the record to report process as part of the corporate accounting team.
Prepare financial statement workpapers and reconciliations for accurate and timely completion of month/quarter/year-end close.
Work within clearly defined responsibilities, processes, documentation and controls.
Take the initiative to identify variances and propose solutions.
Work closely with the financial statement workpaper reviewer to close out reviewer and preparer comments timely.
Use Accounting tools such as FloQast, NetSuite, Zip, and bank portals for relevant close procedure purposes.
Respond to, and prioritize, internal and external inquiries regarding the close process.
Lead or assist on special projects as needed (e.g. compliance filings, entity set up, system implementation, process memorandum, etc.).

Proficient with MacBook laptop
