Job description

Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Remote

Hours: Flexible working hours with shorter core hours on Fridays

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

My client is an innovative leader in the tech industry, a multi-award-winning risk-based vulnerability management (RBVM) and network exposure management software has been used by elite cyber teams for over a decade to safeguard critical infrastructure.

About the Role:

We are looking for someone with experience in B2B tech marketing. You will be proactive in researching and developing digital campaign ideas and keeping abreast of market trends and industry news.

Key to this role is being able to turn best practice and research into executable action plans. You'll have a passion for digital and a desire to continually learn and improve. The right person for this role will be meticulous, organised and systematic in their approach, experience in managing the digital tech stack and automation tools, used to collaborating with content, sales, and product teams to achieve business outcomes.

They will have excellent attention to detail and thorough in all aspects of their role. They will be calm, level-headed and objective in their interactions, yet resilient and persuasive when necessary.

You'll also need experience working alongside a content marketing team so that you can collaborate on campaigns and optimise them in our marketing automation system (HubSpot).

Who we're looking for:

You'll be working closely with the Head of Marketing to design, manage and deliver an innovative digital marketing strategy that uses your honed best practice, analytics and benchmarks to increase marketing qualified leads.

We are looking for someone who understands how to shape user journeys whilst delivering on our GTM plan. Integral to the role is developing the online user experience and analysing how customers and prospects move through the digital marketing funnel, alongside managing, supporting and developing the Digital team.

Youll use insight to understand the target audience (online and offline), creative thinking and knowhow to optimise the website for users as well as search engines, whilst taking ownership of the data architecture of the website and managing ongoing development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the digital marketing strategy to increase marketing-qualified leads and brand visibility.
  • Optimise user journeys and website architecture for maximum engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with the content, sales, and product teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Manage, support, and develop the Digital Marketing team.
  • Drive SEO and PPC strategies to enhance online visibility.
  • Research and implement new digital campaign ideas to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Analyse digital funnel performance and optimise for lead generation.
  • Own the data architecture of the website and manage ongoing development.
Non-Negotiables:
  • 5+ years of experience executing effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with PPC, SEO, and HubSpot.
  • Proven experience in B2B tech marketing.
  • Ability to craft strategic marketing plans and turn insights into action.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organised, systematic, and detail-oriented.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in the Cybersecurity Industry.
  • Familiarity with managing digital tech stacks and automation tools.
  • Knowledge of website optimisation for both UX and search engines.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
