Our client, a prestigious New York-based personal injury and auto accident law firm, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its team. This role is instrumental in supporting the firm's litigation department by overseeing operational aspects, ensuring smooth case management, and maintaining compliance with legal procedures.

About the Role:

As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a critical role in managing the logistics and administrative aspects of litigation cases. You will collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be fluent in written and oral English and fluent in spoken Spanish, with professional expertise in legal research, proficient in handling legal paperwork, and possess a comprehensive understanding of New York laws and procedures.

Experience in personal injury law is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage litigation calendars, deadlines, and court filings.
