We’re supporting an exciting new studio and members’ club in Notting Hill as they look to bring in a Freelance Digital Marketing Executive to support their brand’s online growth. With a focus on fitness, wellness, and mindful living, this is a brilliant opportunity to help shape the digital footprint of a premium destination at the intersection of movement, recovery, and community.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you’ll lead on digital performance and campaign strategy across both paid and organic channels. This is ideal for someone who’s strategic but hands-on, data-driven but creative—and passionate about the wellness industry.

The Role:

● Salary: £1300 / month

● Working Hours: 15-17 hours per week

● Remote

As a Digital Marketing Consultant, you will play a key role in helping their clients enhance their online presence, attract new customers, and grow their brands. You will work on a variety of paid and organic digital campaigns, leveraging your expertise in performance marketing, content strategy, and data analytics.

The Role...

You’ll take ownership of digital marketing performance and content execution across multiple channels, helping drive awareness, bookings, and member engagement.

  • Plan, manage, and optimise paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms
  • Support in developing and executing a digital strategy that aligns with the brand’s growth goals
  • Create or brief in high-performing content (with support from in-house or freelance creatives)
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, producing regular reporting and actionable insights
  • Update website content and landing pages to reflect campaigns, offers, and new classes
  • Manage content for in-studio screens and ensure marketing visuals are updated
  • Coordinate newsletter campaigns, support email marketing initiatives, and optimise for conversions
  • Collaborate with the studio and events teams to promote activations, new offerings, and member incentives
  • Ensure all digital touch points reflect the brand’s premium tone and wellness-led identity

We’re looking for a data-driven, strategic, and results-focused marketer who understands how to build and scale successful digital campaigns in the fitness and wellbeing space.

Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing (preferably in the fitness, wellness, or lifestyle sectors).
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, and the broader health industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and stakeholders.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills—especially in a small, fast-moving team
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, and holistic health
  • Experience in the studio, boutique fitness, or hospitality sectors
