Peloton has a unique opportunity for an experienced Oracle Cloud PLM Lead Consultant to play a hands-on role in a high growth practice area.
As an Oracle Cloud PLM Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Developing an understanding of a client’s current state process and developing future state recommendations.
- Recommending road maps to close performance gaps and developing high level implementation plans.
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements.
- Aligning business requirements and best practices to implement a technical solution
- Defining new and refining existing business processes.
- Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degree with 8+ years of implementation experience in Oracle SCM Cloud
- Must have at least 4+ years of experience implementing Oracle Produce Lifecycle Management (PLM) with experience in at least 2+ Cloud Implementations.
- Ability to act as a functional subject matter expert and help to lead teams in configuration of the PLM modules, as well as have strong knowledge in Concept-to-Design and Ideation-to-Commercialization business process.
- Experience must include PLM Oracle Cloud build and implementation experience using the following modules:
- Ideation
- Innovation Management
- Product Development
- Product Quality Management
- Product Data Hub
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- May require some travel within the United States & Canada.
Additional Desired Skills:
- Nice to have exposure as an Oracle Agile PLM.
- Experience with Master Data Management.
- Experience working clients in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) Industry is a plus.
- Experience with Safety Chain Software and Workflow setup in PLM.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud 3PL integration with third party systems.
- Certifications in Oracle SCM Cloud.
