Responsibilities

  • Manage and support a growing social media team in developing and executing strategies across X, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, ensuring a consistent brand voice and message.
  • Serve as the main liaison with cross-functional teams (Product, PR, Sponsorship, SEO, Ops, Design, and Video), translating briefs into actionable plans and aligning on priorities to integrate social into broader marketing campaigns.
  • Strategically plan social content in alignment with cross-functional campaigns, managing shared timelines and deliverables across teams.
  • Manage executions to ensure all social content (posts, stories, and videos) launches on time and remains coordinated with other brand and marketing channels.
  • Participate in and support live engagements such as Twitter Spaces or community events, where relevant.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, turning insights into clear, actionable optimization strategies.
  • Document campaign outcomes and share key learnings to inform future initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in social media, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.
  • Previous experience in crypto, blockchain, or Web3 is a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Deep understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and social best practices.
  • Proficient in social and web analytics tools (e.g. GA, native platform insights).
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Hands-on with content creation and platform management.
