Job Description:

You are:

Performance driven individual who is committed to providing innovative service to our clients.  You are approachable and relationship oriented as you contribute to Pitney Bowes success

You will: 

  • Help build new processes and implement changes across the network. At the same time, ease existing processes to become efficient and reduce errors.
  • Analysis of data to identify client performance and to identify any billing concerns.
  • Assist with acquisitions and set-up of new clients being on-boarded.
  • Provide vacation coverage of Corporate Billing Analysis and Client Billing Representatives.
  • Have the ability to read contracts and implement any pricing changes.
  • Assist in reviewing Rate Case to ensure the clients rates are adjusted correctly based on communication.  
  • Support National/Major Accounts with national account discounts, coordinating adjustments, and any set up or billing concerns.
  • Support All Departments with any questions regarding set-ups and billing.
  • Train and mentor new Client Billing Representatives on the billing system and processes
  • Additional duties as required

Your background:

As a Corporate Billing Analysis, you have: 

  • Strong computer skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel and Access
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and work effectively under the pressure of deadlines
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, walk stand or sit for extended periods of time with or without accommodation
  • Ability to work overtime which may include weekends, holidays and or a different shift with little or no advance notice
  • Have a basic enough understanding of English to be able to understand and follow safety and other operational directions communicated in English, irrespective of their native language

Preferred:

Experience maintaining a computer-based record and billing system.
