Position Overview 

We are seeking an experienced Network Delivery Consultant to join our Network Infrastructure team in New Jersey. In this role, you will collaborate with Mid-Market and Enterprise clients to plan, design, and deploy cutting-edge technology solutions that meet strict delivery schedules, intricate technical specifications, and high-level requirements. As a key member of our team, you’ll leverage your expertise in network engineering to ensure successful project outcomes while maintaining Arctiq’s commitment to quality and client satisfaction. This role requires flexibility, including occasional evening and weekend work, as well as regular travel to customer locations and industry events. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Implement pre-approved Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring timely, within-scope delivery of projects while adhering to Arctiq’s project management methodology.
  • Participate in project kickoff meetings, provide regular status updates, and ensure alignment with client expectations through milestones and deliverables.
  • Deliver senior-level technical and analytical support to Practice teammates, focusing on network infrastructure solutions such as Cisco Enterprise Networking (Route/Switch/Wireless/SD-WAN, Meraki portfolio) and security technologies (e.g., Extreme, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Aruba).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues during implementation, escalating to the Manager when necessary to ensure timely and effective solutions.
  • Monitor project requirements, assess the impact of additional client requests, and notify the Manager and Project Manager for SOW reevaluation if scope creep occurs.
  • Provide as-built documentation for completed projects and report weekly on project progress and accomplishments to the Project Manager.
  • Ensure all deliverables align with Arctiq’s quality standards and the project SOW, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed, with regular travel (up to 50%) to customer locations and industry events to support client engagements and business development.
  • Utilize exceptional analytical, organizational, presentation, and customer service skills to foster strong client relationships and support Practice teammates. 


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or 5+ years of relevant industry experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Proficiency in security technologies from vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Aruba.
  • Familiarity with product lines outside of Network Infrastructure, including virtualization (VMware/HyperV), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), Dell Storage, and Hyperconverged Infrastructure

Certifications:  

  • CCNP or CCIE Enterprise Networks certification is required.
