Are you a technical marketing automation expert with a passion for driving innovation and efficiency? We are seeking a talented Platform Automation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous optimization of our pharmaceutical client’s digital marketing campaigns, primarily utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP), and Adobe Campaign Classic.
Campaign Automation: Build and automate complex campaign journeys across platforms, ensuring alignment with business needs as defined in campaign briefings.
Technical Collaboration: Collaborate closely with IT to interpret, translate, and implement technical requirements, bridging the gap between business and development teams.
Quality Assurance: Own end-to-end campaign quality, including setup for measurement, rigorous QA testing, and troubleshooting.
Platform Development & Enhancements: Develop and test script enhancements (JavaScript), schema extensions, API/web calls, campaign templates, HTML content, and technical workflows.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize and automate processes, driving continuous improvement and platform efficiency.
Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of all enhancements, templates, and technical processes.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work in close partnership with Campaign Support Services and the Omnichannel Platform Management team.
