Minimum of 1 year hands‑on experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns

Solid understanding of Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, and budget optimization

Proven ability to analyze performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS) and derive actionable insights

Experience with A/B testing of ad creative, copy, and audiences to improve campaign ROI

Familiarity with UTM parameters and basic tracking implementations to measure traffic sources

Preference: experience setting up Meta pixels or conversion tracking via basic website builders (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Shopify)

Preference: prior exposure to Google Ads campaign management and optimization

Self‑motivated quick learner with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple campaigns

Core responsibilities:

Develop, launch, and optimize end‑to‑end Meta ad campaigns aligned with client goals and KPIs

Monitor daily performance, conduct regular audits, and adjust budgets, bids, and targeting to maximize ROI

Perform audience research and build custom and lookalike audiences to scale campaign performance

Design and execute A/B tests on ad creative, copy, placements, and objectives, then report on findings

Preference: implement and troubleshoot pixel and conversion tracking on client websites using basic website builders

Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations

Collaborate with design and copy teams to ensure ads meet brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences

Preference: occasionally present campaign performance and strategic recommendations in client‑facing meetings
