About the Client
Our client is on a mission to empower fitness business owners with beautifully designed, easy-to-use software. Their Grow product—an advanced CRM built specifically for gyms and studios—is undergoing a transformational upgrade. As part of this rollout, they're migrating existing clients onto the newly rebuilt Grow CRM experience, and they’re looking for sharp, detail-oriented contractors to help them make it happen smoothly.
About the Role
Our client is looking for a Client Migration Specialist to join the Grow team on a 3-month contract to execute client account migrations within their CRM platform. This role involves
following a clearly documented set of migration procedures using Go High Level, ensuring each client's system is clean, structured, and ready for success on the new Grow platform.
You’ll be working within a team, but this is a hands-on, task-oriented role that requires you to take ownership of your queue and deliver consistently high-quality setup work.
What you’ll do
● Perform full CRM migration for each assigned client based on standardized steps.
● Configure account settings, organize forms, workflows, and assets in Go High Level.
● Ensure accuracy and consistency in every migrated system.
● Communicate clearly and proactively if migration blockers arise.
● Collaborate with internal team members to escalate edge cases or client-specific questions.
