What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our AI SIEM Product team. At SentinelOne, AI SIEM empowers organizations worldwide to centralize and transform their data into actionable intelligence for real-time investigation and response with our AI-driven, unified Data Lake. In this role, you will drive the future of AI SIEM. You will be a part of the data platform team and have a crucial role in shaping the roadmap for SIEM use cases specifically around Data Visualizations which includes threat hunting experiences and dashboards and reports, collaborating closely with internal PM teams, engineering and design teams. This is a highly visible and hands-on Product Management position.

What will you do?

Develop and execute data platform roadmap: Developing and owning the overall roadmap for event search/threat hunting, dashboards and reports including defining the priority and aligning with the broader product goals.
Requirements Gathering: Working closely with internal teams, customers, and external partners to gather requirements, including understanding the needs of end-users. Develop comprehensive PRFAQs (Press Release Frequently Asked Questions) that outline the problem statement, customer value proposition, solution, and user experience, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
Technical Oversight: Collaborating with engineering teams to define technical requirements, providing guidance on the architecture and design, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. You must have technical expertise, drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and collaborate with engineering
Documentation and Support: Creating documentation and resources for customers to understand the value and providing support to customers and partners who are integrating with the product, and addressing issues or questions
Drive data-driven decisions: Implementing monitoring and analytics tools to track usage and performance, analyzing data to identify opportunities for optimization or improvement, and iterating on features based on feedback and usage patterns
Market Trends: Stay abreast of cybersecurity trends, particularly within emerging technologies, to ensure the AI SIEM remains at the forefront of innovation and relevance in the cybersecurity landscape.

What You'll Need:

5+ years of product management experience - with a must-have domain expertise in: B2B cybersecurity SW products or progressively complex SIEM products (preferred)
Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, SIEM platforms, event log management, threat hunting, and security monitoring technologies
- Familiarity with open source frameworks such as OCSF (Open Cyber Security Framework), OTel (Open Telemetry)
Proven experience in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and market research to launch and iteration
Action-oriented mindset with a proven track record of balancing the delivery of long-term goals and short-term objectives
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to properly translate and articulate positioning and requirements
Proven ability to work effectively with both local and remote teams in different time zones
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with peers in research, engineering, sales and product marketing
Strong quantitative and business analysis skills
Experience with evangelizing products with customers and other internal stakeholders

What we offer you

Salary from 5000 EUR/month.
Yearly % bonus depending on the performance of the company, paid out in 2 installments.
*The final base salary component can be increased accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
