Join our dynamic team as a Business Applications Implementor, where you'll play a key role in maintaining, optimizing, and expanding our critical business applications, primarily NetSuite. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, enhancing automation with tools like Make, and collaborating across departments to deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

  • NetSuite Admin: Manage NetSuite configuration, maintenance, and enhancements to support business needs.
  • Implement & Optimize Information Systems: Lead the deployment of digital solutions, including new technologies or enhancement of current digital tools, while ensuring alignment with business requirements and IT best practices.
  • System Integration: Develop and manage integration between various applications, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency; using iPaaS integration tools such as Make.
  • Automation & Efficiency Improvements: Identify opportunities for automation, implement workflow optimizations, and reduce manual efforts through innovative solutions.
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for application-related issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator (configurations, customizations, process improvements).
  • 3+ years in information systems, system integration, or IT project management.
  • Experience with API integrations, automation tools, or data migration – big plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand business needs and turn them into practical system solutions.
  • Fast learner with a passion for new technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to have:

  • Basic scripting or coding (e.g. JavaScript, SuiteScript, Python, or SQL).
  • Experience with BI tools.
