Telephone Sales Account Manager


Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 base + £7,500 commission
Location: Fully Remote (UK-based)
Reporting to: Sales Manager

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be the voice of Rightmove: Engage a high-volume portfolio of existing clients by phone and video to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities.
  • Spot the opportunity: Understand client needs and performance data to deliver bespoke, high-impact sales solutions that demonstrate real value.
  • Drive results: Hit and exceed weekly KPIs across call volumes, meetings, revenue, and retention.
  • Be the go-to expert: Confidently support clients by resolving queries, coaching them on product best practices, and proactively recommending tailored solutions.
  • Work smart: Plan and prioritise your customer base, balancing retention strategies with growth potential.
  • Collaborate and contribute: Share learnings, success stories, and feedback with internal teams to help shape the future of our service offering.
