• Process daily client billing using Halaxy, including NDIS, Medicare, and private payments.
• Manage diaries, client intake, and triage.
• Prepare invoices and track payments.
• Oversee email management and administrative correspondence.
• Coordinate online booking integration via Halaxy.
• Support occasional social media posting (Instagram/Facebook).
• Assist with CRM maintenance, patient file management, and general administrative tasks.
• Provide light executive assistance, such as reminders and follow-ups.
