Job Title: Helpdesk Support
Work Location: Minneapolis, MN (Remote)
Contract Duration: 4+ Months

Job Description:
Service desk person- with basic knowledge of computer applications.
This role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical problems, ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve user inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, or in-person support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems on desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and applications.
  • Ensure proper setup of workstations, including user profiles, system settings, and necessary software.
  • Perform regular software updates and patches to ensure system security and functionality.
