Job Title: Junior Administrator (Remote)

Location: South Africa

Job Type: Full-time

About Us: Parker Getty Ltd. is a leading provider of business recovery and insolvency services. We are seeking a dedicated Junior Administrator to join our team and support our operations remotely.

Remuneration: R300 000 per annum

Annual Leave 23 days including bank holidays

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist with data entry, maintaining records, and updating databases.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Handle incoming queries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain and update electronic filing systems.
  • Assist with the implementation of ETL processes and database structural design.
  • Provide technical support to remote offices, playing a key role in the technical onboarding of new remote sites.
  • Automate day-to-day database administration activities.
  • Implement and maintain backup solutions, antivirus software, and email archiving systems.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of database management and basic IT skills is a plus.
  • Willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes.
