Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes and guidelines. Proficiency with website CMS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic online content management tools. Excellent written communication skills, particularly for creating clear and engaging content and blogs. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. Basic understanding of website structure and content best practices/ 3+ years experience in administrative support roles, demonstrating strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Core responsibilities:

Update and maintain website promotional codes according to scheduled campaigns and promotions. Create and publish content and blog posts for various product categories, using existing templates, systems, and guidelines. Follow established procedures for content creation, website updates, and administrative tasks to ensure consistency and quality. Provide general administrative support, including email management, filing, data entry, and coordinating internal communications. Assist with basic website updates and maintenance, ensuring all product descriptions, images, and categories are accurate and current. Monitor and report on website and content performance, flagging any issues or opportunities for improvement to the management team. Support the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and maintaining documentation.
