Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new business opportunities and support client acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate thrives in outbound sales environments, enjoys building client relationships, and understands how to tailor service offerings to commercial needs. You'll play a key role in driving revenue and collaborating across internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute outbound campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and qualify lead lists from provided data and independent research.
  • Develop relationships with facility managers, property managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Engage prospects via LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach.
  • Identify client needs and recommend electrical service solutions aligned with compliance and operational goals.
  • Coordinate site evaluations, present proposals, and manage follow-ups.
  • Work closely with project managers and service teams to transition deals into delivery.
  • Maintain organized records in CRM software.
  • Capture and share client feedback to inform service improvements.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a technical or service-based field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a client-first, consultative sales approach.
  • Familiar with CRM systems and Microsoft 365.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in technical or trade services (e.g., electrical, construction, facilities).
  • Familiarity with multi-site commercial operations and their service needs.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a consultative, client-focused approach.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft 365.
