Job Title: Project Coordinator - Construction
Location:
Remote (PST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST)

About the Company:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support residential landscaping and construction operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating schedules, organizing project materials, and ensuring communication flows smoothly between all internal and external stakeholders. Your efforts will help keep field teams running efficiently and projects on track.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule pre-measurements and job starts with customers.
  • Prepare and distribute subcontractor packets and agreements.
  • Track the delivery of supplies and materials for upcoming jobs.
  • Communicate project updates with subcontractors, production managers, and owners.
  • Maintain project documentation using tools like Microsoft Office and Monday.com.
  • Follow internal checklists to ensure project readiness and completion.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work PST hours, Monday-Friday.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Spanish language proficiency (a strong plus, though not required).
  • Experience coordinating construction or landscaping projects.
  • Familiarity with Monday.com or similar tools.
  • Previous experience supporting production managers or subcontractors.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
