Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Player Experience Manager to enhance the VIP experience for our valued clients. This role involves managing and coordinating travel, hospitality, and gifting services, ensuring seamless and personalized experiences for our high-profile guests. The ideal candidate will work closely with external travel agencies, internal promotions teams, VIP Account Managers and other key stakeholders to deliver world-class service.
