Overview
We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to deliver virtual mental health services to clients across California. This role involves counseling individuals and families facing PTSD, behavioral issues, and emotional struggles. If you have strong clinical skills and a passion for helping others, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $115,000 - $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments and design individualized therapy plans.
• Conduct one-on-one and group counseling using CBT, ABA, and other techniques.
• Coordinate case management services and referrals.
• Provide counseling for children and families to support positive dynamics.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline.
• Current LMFT license in California.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in therapy and case management.
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
