About the role
We’re a Series-D AI platform that lets any company design, build, and run custom software without code. Paid media is humming; now we need an organic engine that makes us findable and unbeatable inside both classic Google SERPs and AI-powered answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.). You’ll invent, test, and operationalise modern SEO tactics—from demo-led and product-led pages to programmatic, LLM-optimised content—while steering two writers and pairing with our Growth-Engineering lead on the technical stack.
Core initiatives and examples
- Programmatic & Demo-Led SEO: Design a template system that turns structured “feature + industry” data into hundreds of high-intent landing pages and interactive demos.
- LLM / AEO Optimisation: Structure and embed content so ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini & Google AI Overviews surface Builder.ai as the canonical answer.
- Product-Led SEO: Map product use-cases to search intent; build “how-to-build-X” hubs that drive trials and Builder Studio demos.
- Editorial SEO: Plan and edit in-depth guides, comparison pieces, white-hat link magnets that lift topical authority.
- Internal Linking & Site Architecture: Deliver a scalable linking blueprint that maximises crawl equity and supports programmatic growth.
- Technical SEO: Partner with Growth Engineering to ship CWV fixes, edge redirects, structured data, log-file insights.
You'll be responsible for
- Build a 12-month organic roadmap with effort/impact scoring and sprint-ready tickets.
- Run technical + content audits; present top-10 quick wins within 30 days.
- Manage & brief 2 SEO/content writers, ensuring output aligns with Demo-/Product-/Programmatic strategies.
- Create LLM evaluation loops (prompt tests, SERP feature tracking) and iterate content accordingly.
- Own dashboards & KPIs: organic SQLs, answer-box share, CWV score, programmatic page velocity.
- Report weekly to VP Growth; collaborate daily with Paid Social Lead (creative learnings) and Growth-Engineering (backend items).
Requirements
- 6+ years hands-on SEO for B2B SaaS or tech marketplaces.
- Proven wins in at least two of the following: programmatic SEO, product-led SEO, featured-snippet/AEO capture, demo-led experience pages.
- Deep technical chops (schema, CWV, JS rendering, edge SEO) and fluent with GSC, GA4, BigQuery, Screaming Frog/Sitebulb, Ahrefs/Semrush.
- Comfortable managing writers and giving precise, data-backed feedback.
- Story-teller who translates rankings into pipeline $, presenting clearly to execs.
- Bonus: experience localising content for multi-language sites or building knowledge-graph integrations.
