We are seeking a dedicated Process Executive for our Property & Casualty (P&C) team with 1 to 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Office and preferably domain experience in Auto - Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance. This is a work-from-home position with night shifts.
Responsibilities
Process and manage insurance claims efficiently to ensure timely resolution.
Utilize MS Office tools to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to gather necessary information.
Analyze claim details to identify potential issues and discrepancies.
Collaborate with team members to improve process efficiency and accuracy.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing their concerns and queries.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Monitor and track claim status to ensure timely updates and follow-ups.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management review.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Support the team in achieving performance targets and goals.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance overall productivity.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in MS Office.
Have experience in Auto
Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance (nice to have).
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Show attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Display a customer-centric approach and commitment to service excellence.
Certifications Required
Certification in MS Office or relevant field preferred.
