Account Executive
Remote | Eastern Time Zone hours | Entry–Mid Level | National franchise network

Role Summary

The Account Executive manages qualified leads, guides prospects through the sales process, and supports deal closure for a fast-growing franchise brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage inbound leads and conduct outreach to warm prospects

  • Run discovery calls, address objections, and advance opportunities

  • Schedule follow-ups and assist leadership in closing agreements

  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot (or comparable CRM)

  • Provide feedback to refine messaging and sales workflows

Qualifications
  • 1–2 years in sales, inside sales, or a customer-facing role

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational ability; comfortable managing multiple conversations simultaneously

  • Professional, goal-driven, and able to work remotely on an EST schedule

  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools
