Responsibilities

Business & Technical Design, collaborate with product owners and leaders to drive product definition and help to deliver digital solutions in a Life and Pensions domain.
Leading workshops and requirement gathering leading to high quality business analysis and provide clear business requirement documentation.
Excellent process mapping skills and experience in creating/documenting as-is and to-be business operating scenarios with end users.
Create Business Requirements Documents and Functional Specifications. Documents user stories, contributes to backlog refinement, daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
Undertake change management activities like change readiness, communication, training and support go live.
Ensure Business readiness for deployment of the change - i.e. Training support, user config, migration support, incident management.

Essential Skills

At least 5 years' experience in a similar role;
Proven experience with agile/hybrid/waterfall project delivery models particularly in the insurance and Life and Pensions sector;
Experience and knowledge of supporting transformational change and a solid understanding of all aspects of systems implementation and software development processes;
Good working knowledge of data management and integration (statistical methodologies);
Good knowledge of English.
