About The Company

Our client is a US-based company that offers two services. They match Philippine talent with their clients who are in the Home Service Industry for various roles that support their operations. The other service is CFO and accounting services for the Home Service Industry.

About The Role

As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings with prospective clients and maintaining a positive rapport with both new and existing customers. This position is key to our growth, and you will play an essential role in fostering a welcoming, professional environment that helps set the stage for meaningful conversations and long-term relationships. Ensure KPIs are met for lead generation and business development.

We are looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented, and action-driven individual with strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with Prospective Clients: Connect with leads via phone, email, or chat to schedule appointments and provide relevant information about our services.
  • Warm Outreach: Conduct follow-up calls with leads, ensuring they feel valued, heard, and understood. Use a positive, consultative approach to assist them in taking the next steps.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on campaign goals, sales strategies, and customer needs, ensuring smooth transitions for leads.
  • Manage Scheduling: Use scheduling tools to efficiently book appointments, ensuring all details are correctly entered and communicated to both clients and the internal team.
  • Provide Outstanding Customer Service: Be the friendly voice our clients hear first. Establish a genuine connection with potential clients, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for the upcoming conversations.
  • Track and Report Data: Keep accurate records of client interactions, appointments set, and outcomes, providing feedback on trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Maintain a Positive Environment: Stay enthusiastic, professional, and approachable, contributing to a team culture that prioritizes collaboration and mutual success.

Competencies And Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience as an Appointment Setter
  • Extraordinary written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Office Suite
  • Proficiency with Monday.com.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Experience with marketing software and tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Canva).
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and content creation.
  • Previous experience in event planning.
