Contract Type: PJ (Independent Contractor)

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leaders and managers to define hiring requirements;
  • Create and implement customized recruitment strategies to meet the company’s specific needs;
  • Actively source qualified candidates from various channels;
  • Coordinate and manage the entire application process, from selection to hiring (end to end);
  • Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to evaluate candidate suitability;
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with candidates and managers, keeping them informed about the status of the processes.


Skills we are looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Tech Recruiter, preferably in technology environments;
  • In-depth knowledge of technical profiles and skills related to software development, infrastructure, and other IT areas;
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders;
  • Proactivity, organization, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously;
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS;
  • Experience handling a high volume of simultaneous vacancies (at least 6);
  • At least 4 years of experience with end-to-end recruitment;
  • Experience conducting profile alignments with managers.
