The role of the Product Director for Order Management is to build the product vision, develop the product suite for Order Management, Lead Logistics and Control Towers in Europe, building on existing and/or acquired capabilities in other regions. Focus is the international supply chain for the Retail and Tech verticals, from factory floor to distribution centre of the customer. This role is to ensure the Go-to-Market strategy gets built and delivered to the market. The Product Director will join Commercial Directors in their sales approach to pursuits and key accounts and will lead solution design and build for opportunities with a deal size > 5m USD revenue. Solution design includes the creation of an end-to-end global supply chain solution including key origins in Asia (where sourcing takes place) and European destinations and the execution design (SOP creation).
How You Will Contribute
Develops and owns the product development roadmap (multi-year) and its implementation plan.
Builds product growth plan and strategy to reach 74m in revenue by 2030 – for Order Management.
Drives Go-to-Market strategy and Sales enablement for Order Management Europe.
Serves as a product evangelist, both internally and externally, to drive awareness, adoption, and success of our products in the market.
Provides solution engineering, pricing and product expertise for customer value propositions and joins customer meetings.
Drives the alignment with key stakeholders across the strategic roadmaps and priorities of product development.
Drives product improvement and development with various stakeholders and builds the product development community.
Drives the adjustments / improvements of existed products features based on sales data and market intelligence.
Develops a pro-active customers feedback/ insight for current features improvement and needed future features.
Builds the links to other Regions and product leaders including acquired parties to share knowledge and opportunities and develop cross regional offerings and products.

15+ years of successful proven experience in a position in the 3PL / 4PL industry in Europe or Asia
Previous experience (>10 years) as a product and/or commercial leader within the logistics and supply chain industry
Experience with customers in the retail / fashion / lifestyle industry (either as logistics service provider or employed by companies in this industry)
Ability to communicate effectively with a service-oriented mind-set and build external / internal relationships
Open mind, flexibility and willing to work under pressure
Good Written/Verbal Command in English, multiple EU Languages
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)
