A remote-first marketing agency is looking for a Senior Brand and Graphic Designer to join its creative team and lead high-impact client design work. From social graphics and flyers to reports, website mockups, and the occasional logo, this role is all about helping clients achieve their goals through converting designs.


YOUR MISSION

Take full ownership of visual design output for a diverse range of client projects. That means delivering polished, consistent, on-brand creatives. Whether it's social media graphics, flyers, reports, logo development, or website mockups, your goal is simple: bring strategy to life through design that delivers. You’ll work with purpose, lead with clarity, and raise the bar at every touchpoint.


This is a full-time, fully remote contractor role.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

  • Creating high-impact designs across digital and print - logos, social media graphics, marketing collateral, website mockups, brand decks, and more
  • Collaborating with the branding and strategy team to develop visual identities from the ground up
  • Maintaining visual consistency across all client assets while adapting to different brand voices and audiences
  • Delivering final files with clean layers, organized structures, and production-ready formatting; presentation and polish matter here
  • Producing visuals that not only look good but also drive recognition, build trust, and align with client goals
  • Evolving your work based on performance data, client feedback, and creative results
  • Streamlining creative workflows, improving design systems, and helping raise the standard across the entire agency


WHO YOU ARE

  • 5+ years of professional design experience - agency, freelance, or in-house
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates strategic design thinking across brand, digital, and production work
  • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Figma proficiency is a plus
  • Fast and efficient execution - you work smart, don’t overcomplicate, and know how to hit deadlines
  • Comfortable working in high-paced, lean environments where expectations are clear, and output is measurable
  • Solid communicator who can collaborate across time zones and give/receive constructive feedback
  • Self-starter with an ownership mindset: you manage your own time, find solutions, and raise the bar


WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • 30 Days – You’ve completed onboarding, gotten familiar with the clients, tools, and processes, and are aligned with the agency’s brand and expectations. You’re asking smart questions, producing polished work on active projects, and starting to find your rhythm within the team. You’ve shown you can hit the ground running and are already adding value.
  • 60 Days – You’re contributing consistently across multiple accounts, with a strong understanding of each client’s visual tone and goals. You’ve earned trust by hitting deadlines, minimizing revisions, and maintaining a high standard of quality. You’re organizing your work efficiently and supporting smoother workflows for the team.
  • 90 Days – You’ve fully immersed yourself with the agency, leading your own projects, elevating the design standard, and thinking beyond just what’s asked. You’re improving systems, spotting opportunities to streamline, and creating work that clients love on the first round. You’re not just fitting in - you’re helping push the agency forward.
