Job description

Job Summary: OPSPro specializes in providing small businesses and government contractors with compliance and operational support to include HR, Payroll, Accounting, Contracting, and IT.

The Talent Acquisition Lead works jointly with all members of the recruiting department and oversees the sourcing, interviewing, and hiring process of all employees. This position will ensure the recruiting strategies used by the team are up to date and fluid. The Talent Acquisition position will provide advice to the employers on recruiting, interviewing, and improving brand awareness. This position will identify opportunities to build applicant pools, establish trust and solid partnerships with managers across the organization, identify potential candidates through effective interviewing and testing, effectively administer the interviewing and onboarding process, and ensure a positive new hire experience.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree or minimum three years of experience in business recruitment 
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software 
  • Computer program familiarity including but not limited to MS Office Suite, Google Office Suite, Zoom.
  • Self-Starter able to work effectively and efficiently in a remote capacity. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with candidates.  
  • Superior interview skills to identify ideal qualities and character.  
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.  
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines and priorities.
  • Attention to detail.

Required Experience

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead or similar role with 5+ years managing all phases of the full lifecycle recruitment process.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
  • Hands-on experience with full lifecycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Knowledge of iSolved Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Keen understanding of the differences between various roles within
  • General knowledge of employment law and legal hiring practices.

Additional Information

  • 1099 contract role 
  • Weekdays Monday - Friday, EST time zone
  • Part-time Remote Role (15-20 hours per week) 
  • We offer a compensation of $35.00 -$45.00 hourly rate
