What You Will Bring to the Team

Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Software , or a related field
5+ years of experience in implementation and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Prior experience implementing Time tracking , HRIS or other ERP software solutions is preferred.
Technical and Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of Time tracking principles for payroll, project time billing , and project management practices.
Skills and Expertise:
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with project managers and internal teams.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the creativity to navigate challenges and deliver solutions.
A proven ability to apply knowledge effectively in customer-focused, project-driven environments.
A strong foundation in both the functional and technical aspects of implementing solutions.
Travel Requirements:
20-30%

As a Replicon Consultant:

Support Replicon project delivery, including implementation, configuration, and post-go-live consulting
Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth project execution and customer success.
Assess and recommend best practice workflows or redesigns to optimize customer business processes
Provide consulting expertise to sales teams for scoping and quoting services
Identify and resolve customer challenges, liaising with project managers and delivery directors when needed
Leverage a deep understanding of Replicon to resolve customer issues efficiently
Apply your knowledge of industry accounting principles to Deltek’s Replicon product line.
Ensure projects are delivered within budget and timelines while maintaining high-quality standards
Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships
Work collaboratively in a cooperative, entrepreneurial team environment
Exhibit excellent communication, presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills
