RTX Global Ethics & Compliance has an outstanding career opportunity for a Senior Manager, Risk Assessments & Monitoring to help build out the realigned Risk Assessments and Monitoring function. This position will report to the Director of Risk Assessment & Monitoring, Global Ethics and Compliance.

What You Will Do

  • Support the strategic implementation of the organizational risk assessment strategic plan and related assessment scope
  • Participate in the creation and use of data analytics and machine learning to maximize organizational impact of assessment outcomes
  • Support the development and expansion of risk assessment and monitoring activities, the delivery of meaningful data and analytics to senior leadership, and the development and tracking of timely and targeted corrective actions.
  • Develop relationships with internal customers and collaborate with multiple business functions as a trusted business partner in providing risk assessment and monitoring guidance while ensuring the successful operation of RTX’s compliance programs.
  • Use technical skills to develop, maintain and improve solutions to mature the data environment and automation, including Sharepoint, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, and Tableau.
  • Trave up to 5% may be requested.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract 
  • Experience working within a compliance or audit function, familiarity with regulatory compliance and assessments.
  • Experience managing the performance of audits and assessments; working within a compliance or audit function and familiarity with regulatory compliance.
  • Previous experience exercising the understanding of SAP and similar ERP systems.
  • Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, and/or similar tools.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Previous experience analyzing and turning robust streams of data into actionable insights for stakeholders to consider.
  • Understanding of IT, business processes, and business intelligence methodology.

  • Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).  An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
