Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) is seeking a Procurement professional to be a member of the Naval Power Business Unit- Next Generation Jammer Procurement Team. In this role, you will foster relationships with suppliers, administer subcontracts, administer subcontracts in a fashion consistent with integrated supply chain models, recognizing the role and function through the acquisition life cycle from requirements generation through product delivery, product support, and payment for products and services.

What You will Do

Preparation and issuance of Request for Quotations/Proposals

Perform price and cost analysis and lead formal negotiations, Price, delivery, scope, Terms & Conditions.

Place subcontracts/purchase orders and associated change orders.

Issue and conflict resolution of medium/high complexity in accordance with all regulatory (FAR/DFAR) and corporate compliance requirements for various subcontract types (Cost Types, Firm Fixed price, Time & Materials).

Work closely with the Program and other functional groups (Operations, Quality, Engineering, etc.) to achieve objectives.

Nurture professional business relationships with first tier subcontractors.

Provide comprehensive Supply Chain support for gate reviews.

Travel domestically as needed. 

Qualifications You Must Have:

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS).

Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience procuring electrical commodities - cables, Hybrid, ASICs MMIC chips.

Experience Analyzing Cost and Pricing Data and determining proposal compliance.

Experience with technical requirements of procured hardware and services including Statement of Work (SOW) review.

SAP experience.

Experience executing competitive and single source procurements.

This position currently is designated as remote. Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The successful candidate for this role will be required to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories).

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
