Job Summary
The Senior Finance Analyst will be responsible to assist the Controller on below areas. He/she will work with the Country commercial teams, Country Controllers, GBS Centre, and Global functional teams.
Monitor Channel inventory in Distributor markets to analyse inventory levels for distributors in these markets China, India, Korea, Taiwan, ANZ, India, Singapore, Malaysia and Emerging markets/Export markets.
Collate the inventory data from the distributors and analyse the MOH and AR from distributors.
Analysis To Cover
indication if any, that sales to the distributor may have been accelerated and/or at a pace that exceeds their ability to sell to the end-user.
whether the customer may request a product return outside of what is permitted per the customer contract
- indication that excessive price reductions may have encouraged or contributed to the increased levels of on-
hand inventory that may not have been properly approved or reviewed
customer may encounter difficulty in paying the future amounts due to ZB and that Zimmer Biomet may need
to adjust its credit limit and/or reassess AR collectability for this customer
excessive price reductions may have encouraged or contributed to the increased levels of on-hand inventory
any other additional analysis if relevant.
Assist with consolidating analysis on monthly close balance sheet with country controllers, IBP COE, FP & A teams, and compile the variance analysis on APAC balance sheet for review.
Perform User Access SOD review for FCCS system
Assist with PWC queries and consolidating inputs from countries.
Analysis of financials prior to close to identify corrections.
Assist with RTR close, improvement initiatives and standardization initiatives.
Any other areas as assigned.

Education/ Experience Requirements
Must possess Bachelor’s Degree with accounting major
Is a qualified CPA/CA
Minimum of 5 years of finance/accounting experience
Medical Device or Healthcare industry experience preferred.
Knowledge of US GAAP preferred
Demonstrated track record of delivering results in complex environments
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of Hyperion reporting and planning tool and SAP highly preferred.
